Please Help! Please Help!

Ok after doing to soft upgrade to 1.1.3 everything worked fine. I then proceeded to install summerboard and customize and then shortly after, i got the dreaded "You are running out of disk space". SO Then I installed BossTools and moved fonts, ringtones, and apps. After the reboot, I lost the iphone aps but got back all of my old aps I have before the install! I even selected ERASE EVERYTHING! WTF? So now I cant uninstall anything, the iphone aps are installed but cannot get to them at all! What can I do?

PLEASE HELP

*I am running a jailbroken 1.1.3 ipod touch!
