Can I jailbreak my new 16gb ipod touch that came with 1.1.3. I dont want to jailbreak to 1.1.3 I just want 1.1.2 jailbroken. I know how to jailbreak i just wana know if its the same process and can I downgrade to 1.1.1?
Yes you can jailbreak it. The first step to jailbreak any firmware is to downgrade to 1.1.1 and jailbreak that. To easily downgrade from 1.1.3 use this method. Then jailbreak 1.1.1 and go from there.
Yes you can jb new 1.1.3 as already posted (just did yesterday). I also had no problems using iTunes 7.6 (Mac OSX) which seems to be a contradiction of some other posts.
Wait!!! CAN I INSTALL SSH on 1.1.3!!! im thinking about going to jailbreaking 1.1.3 but there is so many issues like the reset then crash and the 4 app thing that I herd cant be fixed by boss tool like on 1.1.2 where boss tool makes ALL APPS installed from before and after go to the media partition. do you know anything about these problems and there solutions?
