installer 4.0beta

hi.
i've a jailbroken ipod touch 2.0
but i want to have installer 4.0 beta on it.
i haven't got wireless internet. i've got cable.
i know that someone in my street got it.
but i don't know those people. so i can never use their computer.

How can i install the installer 4.0 beta??
i've tryed to use iPhoneBrowser but i can't set the permisson from skythe to 775. couse you can't see the info in the iPhoneBrowser

i hope someone can help me.

You could jailbreak 2.0.1 with the latest Pwnage/WinPwn which has Installer and Cydia on it. I'm not familiar with using the cable method of SSHing, but if there's an option to change the permissions using property settings of files.

i'vent found that option and i don't know if there is.
but the program works good with other stuff.
