add all the sources you can find, eventually it should show up. Just go to sources and keep adding them - more than just the community sources

Soft upgrade is hosted by community sources. Make sure 3.3 is installed. You do not need to add every source.

how do yyou see what version of community sources you have? Andupgrade?

I have 3.3 stillno soft upgrade..

try going to http://ijailbreak.com/. Its made by the same guys that brought us http://jailbreak.com but upgrades you to 1.1.3. What you do is, on a jailbroken 1.1.1 or 1.1.2 iphone or itouch, add the source http://ijailbreak.com/repo.plist and then install the package that is right for you.
