Could anyone tell me the easiest way to jailbreak it. Do I need to downgrade to 1.1.1 or 1.1.2? Or can I just go to jailbreakme.org and download appsnap?

its jailbreakme.com but not gunna work... downgrade to 1.1.1 jailbreak with jailbreakme.com upgrade to 1.1.2 jailbreak then in installer find the dev teams 1.1.3 upgrade NOT natetrues...... run the app it puts on your homescreen (will take about 30 min - an hour and it wil reboot as 1.1.3!
my sister has a Ipod touch, she was very amazed of the apps that can be applied and used on my wifes Iphone. She doesnt have the Installer to do so. How will she be able to do so? Can someone help me out? Thanks in advance...
It is pretty straight forward. Just restore to 1.1.4 with iTunes and then download ziphone ( try google)

so what your saying is that with the ipod touch I have 1.1.3 with out the installer, just hook it up to the computer and download the ziphone and click jailbreak and then the installer app will be installed? What about the Itunes?, The Itunes account is not on my computer? Is it okay to update the Ipod touch to 1.1.4 on the Itunes site with the Account that the Ipod touch reconizes but a different account?
yes just update to 1.1.4 get ziphone and in there click "jailbreak itouch"
while it is working do not unplug your touch because it could send it into an infinite loop of restarting that can sometimes be a pain to get out of.
