Hi,

I downgraded iTouch 1.1.2(OTB) to 1.1.1.
Installed OktoPrep, open Safari and run jailbreakme.com.

Update 1.1.2 and run Window.bat jailbreak.
Installed BSD subsystem.

I tried NateTrue ibrick, officially upgrade 1.1.3 from the dev team via installer and the other method using dev team winscp jailbreak method and repeating the same step mentioned above but still can't see Mail, Map and Notes app and don't have wiggily icons.

I can see the version is 1.1.3 under 'about'

Mail, Maps, Notes, Stocks, Weather and Wiggly Icons are NOT included in 1.1.3 for the iPod touch. To get these you have to purchase the $20 upgrade package. You can also get them by adding http://applerepo.com to your source list in the installer and download them from them.
