The guy that gave us the jailbreakme.com update for 1.1.1 has just released his version for upgrading a jailbroken 1.1.1 or 1.1.2 to 1.1.3 just by using files from his installer repo, Check it out at http://ijailbreak.com/

this does work i jailbroke my 1.1.1 yesterday it took a good 40 minutes with 3 bars of wifi, but i am now running 1.1.3 jailbroken without any computer at all! here is the link for the website....
