if i do a full restore and recover back to 1.1.1 so that i can jailbreak all the way up to 1.1.3 just to get installer back will it erase

Question about Recovery

if i do a full restore and recover back to 1.1.1 so that i can jailbreak all the way up to 1.1.3 just to get installer back will it erase my music and/or movies? and what about the apps?
