Help! Scroll numbers on my touch.

I was trying to downgrade from 1.1.3 to 1.0.2 to jailbreak a new touch when it restarted then just scrolls random numbers, restarts, continues scrolling, over and over until I turn it off. Heres a picture for you. Anyone have any ideas? Itunes won't detect it and I can't get it to stop.

I think you need to put it in restore mode. (hold top and home button until it shows the connect to iTunes sign) thats what i did when mine went into endless reboot
