After you download a copy of the 2.0 firmware put your ipod in DFU mode then restore.
It worked for me. You can find torrents in google. Just type "ipod 5A347 download".

I'd say it'd be much better to get a firmware with Cydia on it from a mac (tons of links around for it), the only prerequisite is that you must pwn your iPod before hand (just get winpwn or pwnage and pwn your ipod, then put it in DFU and your golden)

Sure, you just need the most recent Pwnage/WinPwn since earlier versions will not work with it.
