can someone send me a link to restore my iphone to its original factory settings?? my phone is unlocked and jailbroken and i want to get a new one from my warranty

i also have a question if anyone can answer....i dont have atnt service so i wont be able to get a new one off warranty...but i was wondering if i gave it to my friend, who has atnt, and he registered it under his name, would he be able to get a new one from the warranty????

Just go into iTunes and click "Restore".

And i think so, but he might have to pay some activation fees and stuff.
