I recently jailbroke an iPod Touch running firmware 1.1.4 without the January Update. Are the icons supposed to wiggle like they do on 1.1.3+ phones, or do I have to install something from the Installer to manually get pages and custom icon order?

Check out "Customize", I believe it has some features you could use.

Also, when the first page fills with apps, it will automatically make another page. However, Im sure what your wanting is to not have to fill the first page first. I have my first page looking like normal, with all my other apps on separate pages.

Ah, I didnt know it automatically made new pages. That's solid. As for deleting things, mainly Zibri's blog, how do you recommend I go about that?

You can add wiggle icons and january update through a patch from following repo: repo.ispazio.net

And look for patch under ispazio categories, it will add maps, mail, weather and stocks besides your icons will wiggle.
