Hey again

Does anyone know how to make the iPod touch have the "iPod" application instead of Music and Videos, and how to make the Phone app appear? I know there is a way, I just don't remember it.

You have to change a couple of files that make it think it's an iPhone. That's one of the ways to get the January update for free. It will also give you the SMS and Phone applications and the settings will be expanded for the other features of the iPhone. Unless if I'm wrong, you'd basically be changing the model number of the device which it reads and then applies the settings accordingly. I don't remember which files they are but I'm pretty sure they reside somewhere in the Springboard stuff.

There is an app in Installer by "AlliPod***". name is "create iPod app-ALL VER..." I am curreently using it

name is "AlliPodH a X" no spaces.

I know how to make an iPod be like an iPhone. Just buy an iPhone and say it's an iPod.

I actually did not use your method. Here is what I did:
Go to Music.app in SSH
Make a backup of the app (just in case)
Then you need to find a file in it and add some text.

If you can't follow the other method let me know and I'll go into more detail.

for some reason the downloads for AlliPod*** are down so can someone show me how to do this manually? Or an alternative repo for it?
