Hi I have an iPod touch 5g and I'm having an Notification Center Problem. The weather widget won't work even in wifi and no one seems to have this problem. Here's a photo of this issue.

Have you done the setup directly from the weather app?
The notification widget will display the last selected city in the weather app.
So, you might check if it is already setted.

I already fixed the problem. The problem was a Cydia tweak called forecast.
