One day I was looking for ways to free up ram, and I learned about deleting unnecessary daemons. Then I accidently deleted the message files and now I do not have the Apple's iMessage.
Using iPod Touch 4Gen. iOS 5.1.1

Just do a re restore to it

I was stupid enough to sync it after deleting it so now I don't have a restore where the message app is still there.

A sync does not back up your entire iOS.
If you have your blobs saved, use redsnow and do a "re-restore" and then re-jailbreakWidget-Weather App Now Available! Also with MyLocation Support!

To install the Widget-Weather app, just go to Cydia and install. This will also remove MyLocation, as it is built in!
