Can I find a stolen iPod touch if it's jailbroken?

I had an iPod touch 4g that I jailbroke with redsnow. I had cydia. I did the root@ but I don't know who to login into it. And my iPod is registered. Anybody has an idea instead of find my phone?? Thanks

Find my iPhone works just like normal when it's jailbroken.
