how do i get the battery % to show
so i did a favor and jailbroke my friends ipod touch 4g but she wants to have the battery % like i have. i'm not using sb settings this one i have is the one you find in the usage settings in settings the one that comes like a iphone software. i jailbroke with absinthe i was trying to do redsnow but got error 2000 even though it hasn't been jailbroken before. so can anyone help me get her the official battery settings? thanks!

it's not there. remember ipods ios don't have that option because apple is too lazy to give that to us. i know that red snow had a option to enable battery % but since i jailbroke with absinthe it wont work right?

Not sure about that. Sure there is a tweak for it on Cydia.

You could do a .plist mod on the N81AP.plist in the SpringBoard.app

SBsettings has an option for a battery percentage

Yes SBSettings will do that for you.
I just checked my iPhone and here's how to do it.
1. Open SBSettings
2. Scroll down to System Options
3. flick "Numeric Battery" to on.
There ya go

No don't use SBSettings that app is wrong when telling u the percentage and it kills ur battery even faster...trust me on this one...personal experience
