    Default VoiceOver tweak?

    Is there some way/tweak to configure the VoiceOver so that it only narrates the songs as they change and nothing else?

    There is a jailbreak tweak called MediaSpeak

    Hmm agree.. You can try it..It is free and spews out the song information in the format displayed in the screenshot and give you the vocal alert when song changes.
