help 2nd gen ipod touch

Hey i would like to know some programs on my ipod touch that might cause crashing on applications. I use my ipod all the time and i installed something that wont let me play alot of my non-cydia games. Is there anyway to help me find out or restore my ipod to a few days ago? Is there anyway to check when i downloaded each application?

A lot of my AppStore apps crash if it's the app itself, or lack of RAM. Try freeing up some memory or go into safemode to see if the problem continues. Some tweaks or having a lot of tweaks in use can take up quite a bit of RAM.
