iPod 2G keeps on disconnecting from WiFi

When ever I lock or put my iPod to sleep, my wifi connection gets lost. I know it is supposed to do that but when I turn it on it never re-connects. I have to manually connect back to my wifi from settings. Is there any thing I could do to fix this? I installed but then un-installed Insomnia, could that be why this is happening? I know it's not a tweak, it does this in safe mode too.

Uh yea I think your best shot is to keep insomnia (and get the sbsetting toggle) and have it on permanently.

Sadly, that's what I had to do. I wish I knew how to fix it without using a tweak.

Idk if it's worth it or if itll garuntee to work but you could try restoring
