Ok so after this new tweak "iStartupSound" (or something like that) came our, It made me remember about this other jailbroken app that came out a while ago.... The jailbroken app allows you to change not only unlock/lock sounds, but email, SMS, ringtone, etc. Does anyone remember what it's called?

You can do that your self without a tweak.

i figured it out anyway. its called toneFX

Yeah but using themes, you can change sounds that are in the UISounds folder. No tweaks involved. Except Winterboard.
