Low battery notification problem

It's not a serious issue, but still annoying- on my 4g instead of getting the normal '20% remaining' or '10% remaining' popup notifications, it says things like '545098763% remaining', usually the numbers are always different. Anyone ever run into this?

Lol my friend showed me his with that problem. I have no idea what caused it but maybe a restore will fix it.

It is either a jailbreak or a theme bug. I'd either suggest uninstalling winterboard to see if that fixes the problem and/or restoring and setting the iphone up as new and not from a backup.
