free size on ipod decreasing without reason ?? i pust videos song of size 96 megabyte and the free size on ipod 4 decrease from 5.1 gb to 4.6 gb

    Apple is not perfect, so there may be an error when the video/songs are compiled onto the device. Or, try again and remove the videos/songs, and then put it back on.

    Did you update an app, maybe? The only thing I can think of is the recent Oregon Trail retina update, which added 400-500mb to the size.
