iPod Touch 4g Dock Problem

I have tried everything, videos and forums and I can't seem to get my dock to disappear. I am currently jailbroken on 4.3.2 using the 4.3.1 tethered jailbreak and want to use the iNav CrazyBlack theme which i have setup and everything and only need to get rid of the dock but i have tried putting in Dock.png with a transparent 320x40 img and it doesnt work and using Transparent Dock in WB isnt workign ether. If anyone can help me please post quick lol it is very frustrating being such a noob at this.
