iPod Touch 4G FaceTime Black Screen

My brother has a brand new iPod Touch 4G and his FaceTime doesn't work. On his end, he can see me on my i4 but, all I see is a blank, black screen. And in his "viewfinder" at the top right, all he can see is black, too. His first iPod Touch 4G worked great! We FaceTimed a lot because his daughter and my daughter are BFFs, and they live four hours away.

Out of nowhere, his FaceTime stopped working. He went back to the store of purchase and got his warranty. Brand new iPod Touch 4G...out of the box...FW 4.3.1 Build (8G4)...and still no FT!!

Please help!

will this is not jailbreak related, but apple released ios 4.3.2, should fix the issue.

But his first one was an earlier iOS version and it konked out by itself. If you say 4.3.2 will fix it, then thank you.

ios 4.3.2 is supposed to fix the rand facetime black screen issues, it's one of the 3 updates, it really should fix it, honest.
