I have a jailbroken 4th generation ipod by green poison running 4.1 firmware on it and the other day i wanted to install a custom font using bytafont. I used SSH to get into the file system and put the files i wanted on their reading instructions from a website but i oviously didnt do it correctly because when i selected the font, it went into an endless reboot. Ive been looking online to see if there was a way to access the ipod via usb and nothing worked. The thing that is really confusing me is that when i plug it into the computer, i can get my videos and pictures so oviously the file system is loaded up i just need a way to get in. I dont care if its through DFU mode or recovery mode or anything i just need a way to get to the files. I cant afford a restore cause my family uses it too and theres a few things we just cant loose. Thank You for your help.

If SSH isn't turned on and iphonebrowser doesn't work then you're outta luck. There are hundreds of verifed working bytafont packages in Cydia. Why did you use SSH... very dangerous.
nope ive been sitting here for hours trying various differnet things nothing seems to work and i sshed it because the font i wanted was on the origianl xbox dashboard before the novermber 2010 update which was convection. and im not sure do you think if i hit it at the right time i could ssh into it?
