Larger text/fonts on 2G?

Does anyone know of a way/app that makes text larger on a Jailbroken iPod 2G 4.2.1?

The only way I know how to enlarge some fonts is through settings, but I think that's only for notes, contacts, mail, and something else.

Thing is that this funktion isn't to be found on the 2G iPod - that's why I was checking if someone had made this feature possible on a Jailbroken 2G iPod - Anyone?

There might be a font, I'm not sure. Apps, I think no. You can also use zoom, I think. If that doesn't exist, you can always get a nice pair of reading glasses.
