iTunes sync takes forever, apps seem to be the problem.

Now that I have a over fifty apps on my jailbroken 64G touch, it takes over an hour for iTunes to sync my device. And then when it is finished, I get an error message that a majority of them cannot be backed up, but it does not seem to effect any of the installed apps.

It seems there is some sort of conflict between the device and the app store.

I get error 0xE8000065 for 43 apps.

Any ideas what is going on here? I assume I am not backing up these apps, so if I do a reset/restore this stuff will be gone?

I think you can install the apps on your computer for free because you already own it. Try that, and if you fail you can always back up with Cydia's SHSH blobs, right?
