    So I want to get it but it says "depends gyroscope". What does that mean

    It means the app needs your iPod to have a gyroscope. Only iPhone 4's and iPod touch 4G's have them, sorry. Just so we're clear, the gyroscope is a piece of hardware, so you can't run that app on that iPod...ever.
