Can any one tell me how to add folders to my photo album, on 4gen iPod touch 4.2.1

As far as I know you can only do that with a jailbroken iPod, it's called something like "photoapp+" or something close. I know the creator was "spiritoflogic" though.

It's called PhotoAlbums+. I really want it, but it cost $5 which is out of my price range.

You can sync photo albums through iPhoto if you have a Mac.

Just create a folder on your desktop and inside create all the folders you want to see when you open photos on your iPod. Then in iTunes click on photos when your iPod is selected and choose to only sync with that folder. You will loose all your current pics as it tells you, but just put them all in your new folders before you sync.
