Exclamation Replaceing the boot logo with verbose boot

how can i replace the boot logo (apple icon) with a verbose boot?

    specs are as folows:
    Device: iPod 2G
    Model: PC086LL**
    JB: Jailborken using sn0wbreze 2.0.2
    FW: 4.1

**even though in the about section it says "Model: PC086LL", redsn0w 0.9.6b4 still tells me that its an MC (newer) model

MC nope, MB I'm pretty sure, my old MB did on 4.0 but I did that with redsn0w. And since verbose is put in via a low level bootrom exploit, the firmware shouldn't affect it.

It doesn't matter. See changing the boot logo isn't as simple as swapping pictures like a theme is; that picture is hardcoded into the bootrom, being jailbroken won't help you. Btw PC = MC, I think the "P" stands for personalized, like you got it engraved.

    So no verbose for you.
