on an ipod touch 2g you have the chassis and it is connected via a connector to the ipod. Now the touch part is it part of the digitizer or the chassis. I ordered a new screen for it, but i want to know if it will work when i install it, bacause at the time the home button works but not the touch, it worked before but my lock button got stuck and so i opened the screen to see if i can loosen the lock button to make it work( it didnt) and in doing so i got a little impatiend and just chattered the screen When i conected everything back together the home button workes but not the touch.
