ipod touch 4G 4.1 No bluetooth

I have iPod touch 4G with 4.1 firmware, jailbroken with
limera1n. I haven't realized for a while cause i didn't really
use bluetooth, but now that i just bought a bluetooth headset,
i realized i don't even have bluetooth tab in settings menu.
It's nowhere to be found. I've tried safe mode, no luck.
Help please. i can't even return the headset cause i lost
the receipt

I believe that was limera1n disabling the Bluetooth feature. For now, it cannot be fixed unless if I'm wrong and someone has a solution.
