syncing with multiple itunes libraries

i was wondering if their was a cydia application that lets you sync your ipod touch to more than one itunes library???

I'm new to all this so may want to wait for expert advice but I found an app on Cydia called SwapTunes where you can sync to multiple libraries. Can't vouch for stability etc.
