Been having trouble syncing my touch for awhile. Apps seem to sync fine, but music and videos do not. iTunes will lock up at first for about 5 minutes while it tries to sync, then it will continue syncing music at a rate of about 1 song per 5 minutes. Eventually it kicks out with 4 different error messages (device timed out, not available, internal error, etc).

I've reinstalled Windows, reinstalled iTunes, deleted and rebuilt iTunes library, set USB hubs to not go to sleep, hard reset iPod, DFU mode reset iPod...every other "solution" I've found online...

Have run out of solutions to try. Any help would be appreciated.

also have tried other syncing methods like winamp, and other recommended ways/ uhh idk/./////
