Help! iPod Touch 2nd Gen MB iOS 4 (jailbroken) is stuck on apple logo!

Hey guys, my iPod touch 8 GB 2nd generation MB model is running iOS 4, I'm using iTunes 10 on windows 7.... my ipod's jailbroken throught redsn0w 0.9.5 (lol I jb'd at first iOS 4 jb available)


Its stuck on the apple logo screen I'm an experienced iPod user and Ive tried the DFU thing and all.... once I release the home (still holding the power), it'll return back to the apple logo untouched! my computer doesn't sense it on iTunes and it's been stuck for a good 2 hours... HELP! D:

btw, I rebooted through SBSettings and since then it's been this way.

dude. need help. i have a iTouch 3G 3.1.3 model:MC JB[using spirit].
i am planning to upgrade it to OS4 to play HD games. is it ok to upgrade it to os4?

yes, but you will lose your jailbreak. For os4.0---4.0.2 use Redsn0w 0.9.5b5-5 or use Limera1n to jailbreak. For os4.1 use Greenpois0n or Limera1n to jailbreak. os4.2.1 is tethered jailbreak so i don't recommend it yet. make sure u download tinyumbrella first and save shsh files first so you can always go back.
