What are the things you can customize in a ipod touch?

Hi guys,
My question is what are the features that cn be customized on a ipod touch?

Because i want to get into making ipod and iphone themes so i need to know all the things that can be customized

The only things i know so far are
- The Chare Battery
- The Lock Sliders
- The Icons
- The Menubar/Status Bar (Dont know what its called)

So what else can i customize and is there any decent guides about this?

Keyboards haven't been customizable since FW 2.x I believe.
