    Hey if you jailbreak your iPod touch then you can get iOS 4.2 and lots more thanks

    I know I used to have one before it got stolen and I hated the syty firmware that was 3.1.3

    Upgrade to iPod Touch 2G those are going cheap on Craigslist. 1G is pretty dated, it wouldn't be able to handle the new iOS with that old hardware anyway
