how can i apply my download zip themes on my itouch 4? help please

already downloaded themes the thing is that they were zipped how can i apply it to my itouch 4? nid help thanks!

To ssh jailbreak your device download open ssh from cydia. Now install winscp or cyberduck to your computer depending on your computer os.
Then open the application on your computer
Shh into your device and go to root>var>stash>Theme> drop your file in to the themes folder.
Now go to winterboard search for the theme and select it you will respring and then your done.
