    Default What is the deal with the camera app?

    I have an iPod touch 2nd generation running 4.2.1 and my friend has an iPod touch 3rd gen running 4.2.1 and they are both jailbroken. I was messing around in sbsettings one day and i put the camera application from the ipod touch 4/ iphones in my dock and i can open it just not take pictures (the shutters stay closed) but on my friends touch i can not do this. Why do i have the camera app when i dont have a front or rear facing camera on my iPod and why cant i get this to work on my friends iPod?
