I can't SSH into my new ipod

Ok so i got a new 4th gen ipod today and got it jailbroken and everything. well when i go to ssh into it putty says the connection times out but when i turn my old ipod on both putty and WinSCP login and work fine. how do i get it to work with my new ipod.

i do have all nessesary packages installed i.e. OpenSSH on my new ipod

Did you put in the right default password for putty? It's dottie, not alpine like for WinSCP

i figured it out the last set of numbers on the ip address was different on my new ipod than on my old one i was trying to login too my old ipods ip thinking it was the same as the new woops lol
