v4.1 Processes Not Ending

I've recently installed v4.1 on my JB Touch 3G (that was running v3.1.2) and then re-jailbroke the device using limera1n. I'm noticing that most processes do not end when you close out of them. I understand certain processes will remain running even when you close them, however, the ones I'm seeing that aren't ending, did not continue running under v3.1.2. Does anyone know if this is a new "feature" of 4.1, or related to limera1n?

Tell me how that goes cuz my ipod touch 3g does the same but the last jailbreak i used was spirit and its currently running on 3.1.2??
I think the best way i could fix that would be to update but idk
