    Default Limera1n on 8gb MC?

    Has anyone had success yet? The limera1n site last night said ipt2g "new bootrom" support coming soon, but the page has since been updated and does not say that anymore. Has anyone tried it?

    the ipod touch mc model is the Ipod Touch 2g and thus is not supported at the moment

    but if you don't mind a tethered jailbreak then you can use redsn0w on the ipt2g 4.1 but again it will be tethered

    Yeah I could but with my luck the battery would die the first day, just like or did with blackra1n. Oh well, I'll just stick with the 4.0 jailbreak for now =p

    I'll update this post I'm sure if/when there is a release
