Hi all, I have a jailbroken 2nd gen iPod touch, and yesterday, I plugged it into my desktop (which doesn't have iTunes, nor have I connected it to my iPod before) to charge it. After I took it out, and plugged it into my laptop to sync, the ptpd process (which I gather is the iTunes process) uses up all my available RAM in a short amount of time, causing it to go into safe mode, and then reboot shortly thereafter. The memory spike also occurred when I plugged the ipod back into the desktop.
I'm assuming this problem is from me connecting the iPod to an unknown computer and not setting it up, but is there a way for me to somehow fix this?
Thanks.
EDIT: It still crashes, even after my temporary fix. Help??
