I can't find my ipsw file no matter what I do. Please help!!

I feel like ive tried everything. I am currently running iOS 4.0 on my 16gig ipt2. I want to jailbreak it using redsn0w. I've done it before. But now for some reason I can't find my ipsw 4.0 file.

I've changed the settings to show hidden files, ive searched all kinds of directories and everything at once many times.

Any suggestions?

k so I had tried the same thing last night, and it errored so i just assumed i would have to restore or something. But i must have just screwed up dfu some how.

but it works so thanks again.

but please explain the error that your getting

also i believe if you screwed up the DFU the device would be in a brick state since dfu is more less a embedded option
