Ipod touch music player/speaker problem

I have a jailbroken ipod touch 2g 3.1.2 firmware, have had it for 6 months, was not jailbroken when I got it, and was in tip top condition, now I just recently have been getting random problems, first off my music plays by itself, and I go and stop the music (press pause), look back at the screen 5 minutes later and it's playing again! This is a continuing thing, it running my battery down really fast and the only way I can think to solve it is to take all the music off my ipod, andIi don't wanna do that, that's one of the main reasons I got the thing! This is the main problem, please help me with this cause it's really inconvenient.

Then, my internal speakers were working fine, I hadn't played any music out of them for a while and just recently tried to and now they don't play anything, I have a feeling they are not broken, because I didn't do anything to break them and barely ever used them, I looked at all the volume settings and they are fine, rejailbroke it, nothing happens, I want to know if there is any way to try to fix the speaker problem.

ya i restored it already too, didn't do anything to bhelp the 2 issues im having. wow took that long to get an answer saying that??
