Default Backgrounder not keeping apps running, Help!

    iPod touch 2,1
Spirit JB, Backgrounder, Winterboard, Kirikae, Activator. This was working fine for me, but just started killing apps instantly. They are supposed to show a blue badge on the app icon. For some reason it has stopped running native backgrounding apps like pandora, and the only way it works now is to have it on full backgrounder mode. I think it is a problem with activator but im not sure. any help would be appreciated.

Backrounder doesn't automatically background apps, you need to do that yourself, but you can set it to in settings

I know, i have it set to default to native method, and that was working just fine until a few days ago. now native method doesnt work at all, just backgrounder mode, which keeps the app running at 100% just minimized.

I am looking to find a way to get the native method working again.
Would like not to do a DFU restore, so any help would be appreciated. ty
