Syncing with itunes

I wasn't sure where to put this,
but here's my problem.


Whenever i try to sync music from itunes onto my ipod, itunes always says...
"Are you sure you want to remove 47 apps and all their data from your ipod?"
I cant sync my ipod without deleting all the stuff i downloaded off of cydia, is there a way around this?

There is an easy way to fix this. Actually buy the apps. Cracked apps/warez/piracy is not supported.
