Safari problem. Please help!!

As of yesterday, Safari would crash everytime I open it up and tap on the Search box or the address box. It closes out of safari and brings me back to the springboard. I found a way around it, where I go to notepad, type in google's address, and use the link it makes, but that isn't a very useable workaround.

I am running a IT2 with 3.1.3 jailbroken.

Please help me with this. It is starting to get on my nerves and I use safari a lot.
