Big problem with cydia(help please)

2 days ago i had alot of errors from sources on cydia. I was installing some packages then my ipod touch screen flashed white then rebooted in the middle of an installation. It has done that several times. But this time when i tried to open cydia again it would kick me out back to the springboard. it did it nonstop. no solution. so i restored and rejailbroke it using blackra1n.(3.1.2)

Everything was normal. I was downloading my packages back. But when i tried installing all sources from steffwiz repo, my ipod flashed white and rebooted in the middle of the installation. AGAIN now i cant go into cydia. It just keeps kicking me out. What should i do? Restore? I wish i knew the problem.

never mind i fixed the problem myself. i went to ifile, deleted everything in var/lib/apt/lists and var/lib/dpkg/updates and it was working like normal.
